Potted Duck served with a damson marmalade and freshly baked bread

Roast Pepper and butternut squash Soup served with freshly baked bread

Mini Scampi Pot freshly made scampi served with a lemon mayonnaise dip

Garlic Mushrooms mushrooms cooked in a creamy garlic sauce and served with freshly baked bread

Mains

Roast local Turkey - served with pigs in blanket, roast honey and mustard parsnips vegetables and roast potatoes

Parsnip and cranberry Nut Roast - served with an apple and cinnamon gravy, hand cut chips and freshly chopped salad

 

Fresh Salmon Steak - served in a dill and white wine sauce, with buttered new potatoes and vegetables

Locally farmed Rump Steak - served with a creamy mushroom sauce, garlic potatoes and vegetables

Puddings

Rhubarb and Strawberry Crumble – served with home-made creamy custard

Christmas Pudding – traditional Christmas pudding made with fruits and nuts marinated in barley wine and served with brandy sauce

Baileys Bread and butter pudding – served with fresh cream or vanilla ice-cream

Triple Chocolate Gateaux – an old family recipe served with whipped cream
