Roast local Turkey - served with pigs in blanket, roast honey and mustard parsnips vegetables and roast potatoes

Parsnip and cranberry Nut Roast - served with a cranberry and redcurrant gravy, roast vine

tomatoes and courgettes and buttered new potatoes

 

Fillet of Sea Bass - served in a prawn and white wine sauce, with buttered new potatoes and vegetables

Locally farmed Rump Steak - served with roasted shallots, vine tomatoesand mushrooms, garlic potatoes and vegetables

Rhubarb and Strawberry Crumble – served with a rhubarb and gin sorbet and vanilla ice-cream

Christmas Pudding – traditional Christmas pudding made with fruits and nuts marinated in barley wine and served with brandy sauce

Banana and Pecan Pud – Banana, cooked with pecan nuts in butter, sugar and toffee liquer served with vanilla ice-cream
