A Pint of Prawns – Freshly cooked Tiger Prawns served with a lobster and white wine dip and freshly baked bread

Roast Pepper and Butternut Squash Soup – served with freshly baked bread

Game Skewer – Pheasant, Duck and Venison served on a skewer with a red wine marmalade dip

Portabello Mushrooms – stuffed with smoked bacon, shallots and Puy lentils and topped with Mozzarella cheese


Roast local Turkeyserved with pigs in blanket, roast honey and whole grain mustard parsnips, stuffing balls, roast potatoes and vegetables and a mini cranberry and orange tart

Partridge in Cider with Apple and Celery –Partridge roasted with apple, smoked bacon, sage and thyme and served with garlic potatoes and vegetables

Spiced Roast Salmon –Salmon roasted with paprika, honey black pepper and ginger served with a corriander and sweet potato wheel and courgette and pea medley

Chestnut , Spinach and Blue Cheese En Croute – Chestnuts, Spinach and leeks cooked in garlic and herbs with Shropshire Blue Cheese wrapped in puff pastry and served with a creamy leek gravy served with buttered new potatoes and vegetables


Christmas Pudding – traditional Christmas Pudding made with fruits and nuts marinated in barley wine and served with brandy sauce

Apple and Cinnamon Pie – served with an Apple and Calvados cream

Chocolate and Orange Mousse – served with whipped cream and a marmalade biscuit

Baileys Bread and Butter Pudding – Bread and Butter pudding infused with vanilla and Baileys Irish Cream liqueur and served with creamy custard

Coffee/Tea - served with home made biscuits and petit Four
